Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted only for orders purchased directly from our website. Do NOT accept a delivery if the seal is broken or tampered.
Eligible Return/Replacement Cases
- Wrong product received (unopened & unused only)
- Damaged or leaked product
- Quality issues
- Missing product
- Expired product
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
NOT Eligible for Returns
- Product opened, used, or tampered
- Missing original packaging, labels, freebies, accessories
- Product physically damaged after delivery
- Barcode/serial number tampered
- Requests raised after 48 hours (or after 7 days for non-damage issues)
