Refund and Cancellation

Applicability By accessing and purchasing from CosmaCube™ ("Website"), you agree to the terms below. Policies may be updated from time to time; please review them whenever you use the website. CosmaCube aims to ensure a smooth shopping experience. However, due to the nature of online orders and third-party courier handling, issues may occasionally occur. To process any claim, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be submitted within 48 hours from delivery.

UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)

To validate any claim (damage, missing, wrong product, leakage), you MUST share a clear unboxing video that includes:

  • Before Opening:
    • Show the parcel from all sides.
    • Show the shipping label clearly.
    • Ensure the package is sealed and untampered.
  • While Opening:
    • Video must be continuous, without cuts.
    • Capture the breaking of the seal and complete opening process.
  • After Opening:
    • Show all products received.
    • Highlight damaged, leaked, missing, or incorrect items clearly.

Without an unboxing video, no claim can be processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Prepaid order refunds (if cancelled in time) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If a discount code was used, it will not be reissued once the order is cancelled.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Returns are accepted only for orders purchased directly from our website. Do NOT accept a delivery if the seal is broken or tampered.

Eligible return/replacement cases:
  • Wrong product received (unopened & unused only)
  • Damaged or leaked product
  • Quality issues
  • Missing product
  • Expired product

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

NOT eligible for returns:
  • Product opened, used, or tampered
  • Missing original packaging, labels, freebies, accessories
  • Product physically damaged after delivery
  • Barcode/serial number tampered
  • Requests raised after 48 hours (or after 7 days for non-damage issues)

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are applicable if:

  • Product is not delivered within 30 days
  • Delivery area is unserviceable
  • Approved return/replacement cases

Refund duration: 5–7 business days.
